In fall of 2004, Elvis E visited a military installation to help Dave celebrate his retirement:

now, now, now......you're gone" guitar on Steamroller Blues. only fools rush in....." in love with you..." surely to the sea......."
"Regrets, Dave's had a few... "Thank you very much..... Another performance completed-- Elvis E has left the building!
but then again, too few to mention..." fantastic audience...." it's on to Peoria...
